Texas Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. diced onions
1/2 c. butter melted (1/4 lb.)
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Mix all together (potatoes still frozen).
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Top with another cup of grated Cheddar cheese or melt 2 teaspoons of butter and mix with 1 cup Special K (slightly crumbled).
Sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 75 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
