Egg And Sausage Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
6 slices white bread, buttered
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
5 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Lay buttered bread, butter side down, into oblong casserole dish and cut into pieces.
Put sausage (fried) on top.
Add shredded cheese.
Mix together on top.
Mix eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard together.
Pour over bread mixture.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
