Omelet Popover(Sweden) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Beat eggs lightly in bowl.
    Add flour and salt; mix until smooth.
    Stir in milk gradually.
    Melt butter in 9 x 12-inch baking pan.
    Pour into batter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let stand until slightly cooled and butter is absorbed.
    Serve with legon. Yield:
    6 to 8 servings.
