Italian Sausages And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 sweet sausages
6 hot sausages
1 sliced onion
1 sliced green pepper
6 to 8 potatoes, cut in fourths
oregano
salt and pepper to taste
oil

Preparation

Place all ingredients in roasting pan.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, oil and oregano.
Stir.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring a couple of time.
