Beef Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
    2 lb. thinly sliced beef or venison
Preparation
    Mix soy sauce, garlic salt and lemon pepper in zipper bag. Add meat; marinate in refrigerator overnight.
    Place in single layer on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 200\u00b0 for 10 to 12 hours.
    Store in airtight container.
