Lemon Cake Pie Or Sponge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 egg yolks
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 egg whites
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Cream the first 3 ingredients; add the yolks, grated rind and juice, then add the milk.
    Beat the 2 egg whites stiff and fold in.
    Pour into unbaked shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 45 minutes. Makes 1 large pie.
