Homemade Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. peeled zucchini, drained
1 1/2 c. lemon juice
2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
1 tsp. pineapple extract
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and simmer 20 minutes.
Put in jars and hot water bath for 20 minutes or freeze.
