Barbecue Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. spareribs
1 c. vinegar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation

Roast spareribs in very hot 500\u00b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Reduce heat to moderate (325\u00b0).
Roast 1 1/2 hours, basting every 15 minutes with sauce made by mixing remaining ingredients.
Serve with Barbecue Sauce.
