Blue Cheese Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 oz. Blue cheese
    4 garlic cloves, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. plain club soda or seltzer
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 lb. ground chuck
Preparation
    Prepare grill.
    Blend Blue cheese, garlic, parsley, club soda, pepper and salt in a large mixing bowl.
    Add ground beef; mix everything lightly but completely.
    Shape into approximately 8 patties.
    Grill burgers for 2 to 3 minutes on each side for medium rare, or until desired.
