Jelly Roll Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. hot water
Preparation

Beat eggs well until light and thick.
Add sugar gradually and mix well.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir into egg mixture.
Add water and mix.
Spread in a small cookie (10 x 13 x 15-inch) sheet and bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes or lightly brown.
