Spinach And Gorgonzola Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 prepared package pizza dough
    1 frozen pkg. chopped spinach, drained well
    1 pkg. Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
    3 Italian sausage links (either hot or sweet, your preference)
    1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese, chopped
    1 or 2 large cloves garlic
Preparation
    Remove skin from sausage and break into pieces. Fry until cooked.
    Remove from frypan, keeping sausage oil in frypan.
    Place cooked sausage into a food processor.
    Blend.
    Return mixture to frypan.
    Add spinach and garlic.
    Cook until blended.
    Remove garlic cloves and set aside.
