Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes
    salt and pepper
    butter or margarine
    freezer dried chives
    Cheddar or Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Bake the potatoes.
    When done, cut in half.
    Remove potatoes from skim, trying not to break skin.
    Put potatoes in bowl.
    Add salt, pepper, butter, freezer dried chives, Cheddar or Velveeta cheese to taste.
    Mix with mixer until smooth and creamy.
    Fill potato shells and bake until hot.
