Golden Chops With Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 (1/2-inch thick) pork chops (about 2 lb.)
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can golden mushroom soup, undiluted
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. rubbed sage
1 chopped carrot
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
Preparation

Brown pork chops in large nonstick skillet.
Remove pork chops and drain.
Combine soup, water and sage in skillet.
Add carrot and onions.
Arrange pork chops over soup mixture, cover and simmer over medium heat 15 minutes, stirring and rearranging pork chops once.
Add green peppers.
Cover and cook an additional 10 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
