Diabetic Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

3 large bananas
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks in own juice
2 (15 oz.) cans fruit cocktail in unsweetened juice
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
Preparation

Slice bananas; pour pineapple and fruit cocktail over bananas. Do not drain the pineapple and fruit cocktail; use juice. Stir in pudding; mix well. Put in refrigerator until pudding is set.
