Queen Of Hearts Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry dough
    2 c. fruit
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in 1/4 c. cold water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. apple juice
Preparation
    Simmer fruit with juice in pan.
    Add cornstarch and stir until thick.
    Pour into pie crust squares and fold.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
