White Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
4 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
Preparation

Microwave butter at High for 45 to 60 seconds or until melted. Stir in flour and seasonings.
Blend in the milk.
Microwave at High for 4 to 7 minutes or until sauce thickens and bubbles, stirring every minute.
