Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. margarine
1 egg
1 Tbsp. milk
1 1/2 c. well drained, crushed pineapple
Preparation

Mix flour and baking powder together and cut in margarine with a fork or pastry blender until mixture is crumbly.
Beat egg slightly with milk and stir into flour mixture, mixing well. Spread evenly over the bottom of an 8-inch square pan.
Spoon well drained pineapple in an even layer over crust.
