Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Wesson oil
2 c. white sugar
3 to 4 eggs, well beaten
3 c. fresh apples, diced
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Bake in a tube pan, greased and floured.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
