Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12-14 c. tomatoes, chopped
    4 c. chopped jalapeno peppers
    2-3 chopped green peppers
    3 c. chopped onion
    4 1/2 tsp. salt
    12 minced garlic cloves
    4 1/2 c vinegar
    5 6 oz. cans tomato paste
Preparation
    Bring to boil, then simmer 5-10 minutes.
    Pack in hot jars.
