Venison Heart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 venison heart
    1 c. red wine
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 peppercorns
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 onion, sliced
    2 bay leaves
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    flour
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Cut heart in half and trim off inedible parts.
    Marinate in a mixture of wine, vinegar, salt, peppercorns, mustard, onion, bay leaves and garlic powder.
    Roll hearts in flour and fry in margarine in a skillet until well done.
