Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, diced chicken
    1 c. rice
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 can sliced, drained water chestnuts
    1 c. crushed cornflakes
    1 c. diced celery
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. toasted almonds
    1 stick melted butter
Preparation
    Mix butter and cornflakes.
    Cook rice.
    Mix cooked rice with all other ingredients.
    Pour in medium size casserole dish and spread cornflakes on top.
    Bake 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven. Freezes well.
