Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 cans milk and 3 cans water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 ripe bananas
Preparation
    Pour 2 cans of milk into pot.
    Mix 2 cups sugar and 2 tablespoons flour and pour into pot; stir together.
    Add other 2 cans of milk.
    Put 4 egg yolks (beaten) and 3 cans water.
    Add flavor.
    Heat.
    Beat egg whites; add to pot.
    Heat until bubbles appear.
    Stir constantly.
    Cook on medium heat.
    If any lumps, strain.
    Pour all into freezer and cut bananas in slices.
    May add other fruit of choice and whipped cream.
