Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/3 c. flour
    2 3/4 c. chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 1/2 c. chopped chicken
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.
    Add flour, stirring until smooth.
    Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Gradually add chicken broth.
    Cook, stirring until mixture is thickened and bubbly.
    Stir in salt and pepper.
    Stir in chicken, vegetables and eggs.
    Spoon mixture into lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
