Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. thinly sliced zucchini
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. sharp grated cheese
1 c. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
dash of pepper
2/3 tsp. garlic
1/4 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and spread in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Put spaghetti sauce on top, if desired, and continue baking for 5 minutes more.
Add pepperoni, if desired.
