Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (5 oz.) pkg. yellow rice
2 cans Mexicorn
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. mild Cheddar cheese
1 stick margarine
Preparation
-
Cook rice.
Place margarine on top of rice until it melts. Add corn, soup and cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
