Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. self-rising meal
1 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 large eggs
1 large onion, chopped
2 tsp. sugar
dash of garlic
1/2 tsp. paprika
4 c. cooking oil

Preparation

Mix all together very well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls in the 4 cups cooking oil until golden brown.
Makes 50 hush puppies.
