Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium apples
3 tsp. cinnamon
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
1/4 c. orange juice
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
Preparation

Slice and mix apples, cinnamon and sugar; set aside.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
Mix sugar, cooking oil, orange juice, vanilla and eggs.
Add to dry ingredients.
Layer in an ungreased tube pan.
Layer batter and apples until all are used. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
