Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. salt
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    food coloring (your choice)
    nonstick spray coating
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    2 c. 1/4-inch thick zucchini slices, onion rings or cauliflower flowerets
    2 Tbsp. reduced calorie Italian salad dressing
    1 c. sliced onions
    2 chicken breasts (6 oz. each), skinned
    3 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. each: apple cider vinegar and freshly squeezed lemon juice
    1 tsp. light or dark molasses
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/4 tsp. each: Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce
Preparation
    In 8 x 8 x 2-inch microwavable baking dish,
    arrange onions; set chicken breasts, skinned side up, over onions.
    Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on High (100%) for 5 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
    In small mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients; spread over chicken breasts.
    Microwave on High for 2 minutes until sauce is heated through.
    Makes 2 servings.
