Budget Diaper Wipes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 roll Bounty paper towels, cut in half
1 Rubbermaid (10 c.) container and lid
1 squirt baby shampoo or baby bath soap
1 squirt baby oil
2 c. warm water

Preparation

Put all liquids in container and add 1/2 paper towel roll. Soak 1 hour or overnight.
Keep lid on when not in use.
