4 Cheese Pasta And Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. penne or other tube pasta
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 or 2 cans Del Monte chunky-style stewed tomatoes
    1 c. sliced green onions
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Cook pasta and drain.
    In a skillet, brown meat.
    Salt and pepper to taste. Drain and add tomatoes. Cook, uncovered, until slightly thickened. Stir in onions and cream cheese.
    Toss with remaining ingredients.
    Cover 2 minutes to melt cheese.
