Pineapple Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs
    6 slices white bread, cubed
    1 stick butter or oleo
Preparation
    Melt butter in 1 1/2-quart straight sided dish.
    Beat in eggs, flour and sugar.
    Stir in pineapple and bread.
    Let stand in refrigerator severals hours or overnight.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    A wonderful side dish for ham.
