Mushrooms Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 to 16 large mushrooms
    8 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3/4 c. pureed, cooked spinach
    1/2 c. minced chicken, cooked or pork
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Wash mushrooms and remove stems.
    Dip caps in melted butter and place upside-down in a buttered baking dish.
    Chop stems and saute with onion and garlic in 2 tablespoons butter until soft, but not brown.
    Add spinach, meat, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
    Mix well and fill caps.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake for 15 minutes.
