Potato Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. mashed potatoes
2 eggs
1 small onion
2 Tbsp. flour
salt
pepper

Preparation

Mix ingredients together. Drop spoonfuls into hot grease and cook until brown. Leftover mashed potatoes can be used.
