Baked Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. grated onion
    2/3 c. applesauce
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. crackers, crushed
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 can water
Preparation
    Mix together; then beat 1 egg with 1/2 cup milk.
    Add 1 1/2 cups crushed cracker crumbs.
    Make into balls.
