Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 Tbsp. butter
2 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sugar
milk as needed
Preparation

Sift all the dry ingredients together.
Add sweet potatoes and milk to form soft sticky dough.
Put hands under warm water from tap. Form dough into balls with hands to make biscuits.
Place on greased baking sheet.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes 3 to 4 dozen biscuits (2 to 3 inches each).
