Rice Jumble - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef or pork
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 c. water
1 tomato
2 stalks celery
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. uncooked rice
Preparation

Cut meat in cubes and fry until brown in butter.
Cut finely the onion, green pepper and celery; add to meat.
Fry until onion is soft.
Add to this the water and the rice.
Cover and cook until rice is done.
Add more water, if necessary.
