Sour Cream Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 c. blueberries
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar.
Add and blend in the eggs and vanilla.
Sift the flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
Add alternately with sour cream to the first mixture.
Add the blueberries last.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
Yields 24.
