Barbecued Chicken(Light Recipe) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. reduced-calorie catsup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 chicken breasts, skinned and trimmed of all fat
vegetable cooking spray
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients and mix with wire whisk.
Place chicken in a shallow baking dish.
Pour mixture over chicken coating chicken on both sides.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes or longer.
Grill chicken, brushing with marinade or bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, basting chicken while cooking. Yields 4 (6 ounce) servings.
