Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless pork
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. cornstarch plus 3 Tbsp.
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    oil for frying
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    2 small tomatoes, wedged
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    3 tsp. soy sauce
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Cut pork into bite size cubes (1/2 to 1-inch).
    Mix egg, flour, salt and cornstarch well, then add chicken broth to mixture.
    Dip pork cubes in mixture and fry for 5 to 6 minutes in hot oil.
    Drain.
