Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1 c. hot water
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
12 oz. tub Cool Whip
3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation

Dissolve jello in hot water.
Add lemon juice.
Set aside; let cool.
Make graham cracker crust by mixing butter and graham cracker crumbs and pressing into a pan.
Refrigerate.
Mix cream cheese and sugar.
Add vanilla and cooled jello.
Fold in Cool Whip; pour over crust and chill.
Top with can of cherry pie filling.
