Chicken Tahiti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. fryer, cut up
    8 oz. bottle sweet and sour sauce
    1/2 c. drained pineapple tidbits
    flour
    pepper
    salt
    butter
Preparation
    Coat chicken with seasoned flour.
    Brown in butter.
    Place in baking dish.
    Add sweet and sour sauce and pineapple.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 until chicken is tender, about 1 hour.
    Makes 3 to 4 servings.
    Good with hot, cooked rice.
