Twice Baked Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 med. unpeeled potatoes baked
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 c. (24 oz.) sour cream
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onions chopped
Preparation

Cut baked potatoes into 1 inch cubes and place in a 9 x 13 inch pan that has been greased well.
Sprinkle with half of salt and pepper, bacon and cheese and sour cream, then repeat 2nd time same way.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with chopped onions.
