Broccoli-Cauliflower Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. bag frozen mixed broccoli and cauliflower, chopped into 1/2-inch pieces
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. margarine
    1 lb. Velveeta, cut in cubes
    9 c. milk, divided
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and cauliflower according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
    Saute onion in 1 1/2 teaspoons margarine; set aside.
