Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    7 oz. pkg. coconut
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. chopped nuts
    8 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
Preparation
    Cream sugar, eggs and oil. Add dry ingredients, mixing well. Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Cool.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
