Diana'S Carrot-Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. oat-bran cereal
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. raisins
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (15 oz.) jar applesauce
    3 c. coarsely shredded carrots
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix flour, cereal, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and raisins.
    Whisk eggs in a medium size bowl.
    Stir in oil, sugar, vanilla, applesauce and carrots until well-blended. Add to flour mixture.
    Stir just to moisten.
