Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. white cake mix
4 eggs
2 c. flaked coconut
1 small pkg. vanilla Jell-O instant pudding and pie mix
1 1/3 c. water
1/4 c. oil
1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Blend cake mix, pudding mix, water and eggs in large mixing bowl.
Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.
Stir in coconut and pecans.
Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch layer pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Cool in pans for 15 minutes; remove and continue on rack.
