Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large carrots, shredded
    1 medium apple, grated
    2 Tbsp. raisins
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    2 pkg. artificial sweetener
    1/2 tsp. coconut extract
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 2 servings.
