Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 egg
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. white vinegar
Preparation
    Cream first 4 ingredients in a small bowl.
    Add chocolate chips.
    Set aside.
    Mix the next 9 ingredients in a large bowl. Fill cupcake tins 1/2 full with chocolate mix.
    Place a heaping teaspoonful of cream cheese on top of each batter.
    Bake in oiled and floured cupcake tins for 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 12.
