Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    3/4 to 1 c. Wondra flour
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. Wesson oil
Preparation
    Beat eggs and milk together.
    Add salt and vanilla.
    Slowly add flour and beat by hand.
    Using a small frying pan put in enough oil that would cover crepe.
    Make oil hot.
    Pour batter in pan.
    Fry lightly; turn and do other side.
    You can use syrup or jelly and jam on crepe.
