Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
2 c. canned pumpkin
4 eggs
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine and sift together all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Add oil, pumpkin and eggs.
Beat with mixer for 2 or 3 minutes.
Fold in nuts and chocolate chips. Pour into well-greased and floured tube pan.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
